We want you to be happy with your order!
Email us and we will promptly handle any issues concerning damaged, unsatisfactory, or unwanted returnable items. Send your questions to info@breannacooke.com.
14-day Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
Refund Requirements
- To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them
- All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund
- Original shipping charges are not refunded when returning items
- Final sale items are not returnable
How do I create a return?
To start a return, email us at info@breannacooke.com.
We'll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number.
Returns and Refunds Processing
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of your return. Please allow for at least 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account. Original shipping costs are not included in your refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at info@breannacooke.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear bottoms, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, digital downloads or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange your item is to make a separate purchase for the new item while we process the return.
